Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Ivya, we want you to shop with confidence. We have got you covered! Almost all products on our website are eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange, provided they meet the eligibility criteria below.
1. Eligibility & Timeline

Window: Our policy lasts 7 days for Exchange & 3 days for Return. You must inform us within these days of the delivery date stamped by the courier service. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and free of any fragrance or signs of use.

Exceptions: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be replaced or exchanged.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Modes: Refunds are available via GPay, PhonePe or any UPI scanner.

COD Deduction: If your original order was placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), there will be a nominal deduction of Rs. 39 from the refund amount to cover the COD charges we paid to the courier company.
- Exchange will happen only once. you can't exchange same order again and again.

You can ship the product back to us directly.

(For Exchanges Only): we will reimburse you up to Rs. 100 for your courier charges).
Or you can use Delivery Couriers pick up service ( https://www.delhivery.com/direct/app/ ) and fill details accordingly.
Pickup charges are paid directly by you to courier.
4. Exchange Policy

One-Time Exchange: Exchange can only be done once. You cannot exchange the same order multiple times.

Value: You may exchange the item for another product of the same price or a higher value (upon payment of the difference).

Timeline: Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
5. Defective Items

If you receive a manufacturing defective item, we will exchange it for the same product or another product of the same price, as per your preference.
6. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

Priority Shipping: All our prepaid parcels are shipped on high priority. If air service is available, we ship them via expensive Air Courier to ensure quick delivery.

Cancellation Fees: Please do not cancel your prepaid order after it has been shipped. Any cancellation after the parcel is shipped may attract the courier charges we have already incurred.
